An ornament should change how an Exotic looks. How the Ornament changes the weapon can differ. Ager's Scepter's Ornament changes a fair amount about the exotic. Compare that to Vex Mythoclast's ornament which is literally just a chrome shader. Whilst I think Ager's shader could have done more, it certainly did more than Mythoclast's did.Flawless Raid Shaders.
