Great Club or Zwei, Zwei has the best moveset of all UGS while Great Club will pancake almost any enemy. Zwei is not a strength weapon. It is. Over 2/3 of its scaling come from Str. For PvP in no particular order: Sunlight Straight Sword Red Iron Twinblade Butcher's Knife Estoc Fume UGS (but you have to learn to do the block thing when swinging) PvE add: Homonoculus Mace. And you might as well go up to 15 dex so you can use Ice Rapier which is among strongest pvp weapons in game.The real advantage is the weapon variety and the mix of ranged and melee options. For example the Longsword with C/C scaling won't benefit much from 40 DEX, but you can use the Hunter's Blackbow alongside it which will absolutely benefit and has an awesome attack speed. 40 DEX also means higher poison bonus for poison arrows.Depends on what you mean by DEX weapons. There are some fairly slow weapons with good DEX scaling for instance. And the Rapier certainly isn't a STR weapon but it has pretty mediocre DEX scaling (and is a DPS machine in spite of this -- mostly because it's fast enough to take advantage of the damage boost rings in the game)There are a ton more types of STR weapon, and I'd be happy to go into them if you want, as theyre my favorite.
