Going for Schwab, the expense ration is almost half 0.08% vs 0.15% with slightly more percentage in stocks vs bonds. They are both excellent Target Date Index funds. Probably the best two on the market. The only two that are tax efficient to hold in taxable accounts (this does not matter in retirement accounts).
