Rotation is: EDZ - Moon - Nessus - Europa. Changes every 2.5 hours. Last night I had done Europa, wasn't sure when it was changing, so was checking back onto my console very once in a while (if you have the legendary haunted lost sector selected, it will show the location at the bottom left on the launch screen).
I was at 32/35 for the title while also 2/3 for Nessus, could never get it. Until I went to Nessus patrol and then launched into the Haunted Sector playlist and got Nessus twice in a row. Legend Haunted Sectors, hurt a lot. Way more than they reasonably should. I constantly run 100 resil, no matter what class or subclass and I have consistently been lasered by the fucking red bars in the Sector. Not even GM red bars hit me down that hard.

You only listed three of the four Haunted Sectors and those time frames aren't going to be consistent day-to-day.
