The numbering system allows for 100 possible talkgroups per town. New Milford is tax town 096 so you could simply program all 100 groups from 19600 to 19699. I have never logged any of those groups on Troop L Site (or any other site). The town website shows no mention of CLMRN in their webpage search (meetings, budget, etc)

Doing some monitoring on out trip, I found a few unknown talkgroups on the CLMRN and Foxwoods NXEDGE system. I cross referenced the wiki here and radio reference and nothing came up for them. Sentinel gets weekly database updates every Monday from the RRDB. The CSERN system data was updated in November 2018, and the CTSP SmartZone system data was updated in May 2018. Good practice is to keep databases up to date, but beyond that to analyse the database changes to see if they will affect your programming.
