I believe that this happens frequently. Definitely double check if those mod makers are doing updates! I had this issue before patch 4 and it was a dice set. Remove/uninstall all your dice sets (that give you new skins like the galaxy one) then reload your mods, save them and try again. Hopefully it helps. Broken for me. Kill all the rats and that's it, nothing appears. But all 4 characters are in perpetual turns as if something else should have a turn but no enemy/red dot shows on the map. Gave up on trying to do the rat variation and went back to an earlier save to start over. If this affects you, and you're still able to launch your save with outdated mods, here's a fix to make it work after you disable the offending/undesired mods: -Load a save with all of you had active in that save. -Save the game. -Close the Game. -Close Steam (if you use it)

Update: I found out how to fix the broken moonlantern (s). In Moonrise Towers (first floor) in Balthazar's room if you use (only) the top right protruding book it'll open something in the altar thingy. Grab the heart and put it in and it'll open a hidden door.
