I think the Imperial legionary is really good, and the kuzait darkhan, the falxman is pretty goodbut the Sturgian heavy spearmen sucks, the pikemen isn't good, the aserai mameluke is pretty good. Cataphracts are the tankiest, banner knights for the charge damage, Druzhniks if you want to dismount and use them as infantry, Aserai for javs/multi role really. Khans for mounted archery.
