Moving frozen turtle shell feels wrong since the hm ice biome has a collection of cool ice drops right after wof and making one of them post Planterra just doesn't work for me. I think the easiest and most Terraria option is just Ankh Shield + Frozen Shield. (Give it 8 defense so hero's isn't crying as much)
