Fallout 3 mods usually don't work on TTW without a proper conversion. All in all, TTW is worth it. Any issues it causes by replacing superior Fo3 features can be solved by mods. If you want to install TTW, I recommend the Best of Times guide. Alternatively, if you want a video guide using Vortex, I recommend this guide by Gopher .
