Razorwire is already good on rex, so hellfire tincture+razorwire is even better. Planula then turns Tincture's downside into an upside, and the constant healing synergizes with a lot of other things (spamming Rex M2, free damage from Opinion, barrier from Aegis, etc). So I think Planula has the higher "top end" benefit of the two.
