RX350h >> RAV4 I like the RAV4 hybrid. I think it's a great car but the RX is so much more nicer. Especially if you're going to have it for 10 years, might as well have it a nicer 10 years. Performance-wise, they're similar. Gas mileage, the RAV4 hybrid is ~10% better but the RX350h is still pretty frugal.
