I grew up in Northern Minnesota and live in Fargo, ND/Moorhead, MN metro. I’ve never experienced a power outage more than 4 hours, even in remote Minnesota lake country. I’m currently staying with my daughter in Portage, MI and was shocked we were without power for 32 hours. I respect that 700k people were without power- that’s a big task.
