If you can't get a Hmag carry, get the wings of fate.Some easier to obtain level 150 transfer fodder is the Commerci equips you get from completing the Commerci quest line (takes maybe 30 minutes). It gives you weapon, shoulder, gloves, boots, overall, hat, and cape, which you can use to make the jump to absolab gear. EDIT: I wouldn't recommend these equips for damage, only for transfer fodder.Since maxing skills for the 5th job are highly dependent on farming nodes, make sure either have a farming character or have drop gear on your Adele. You should start starriing when you find a decent flame gear or if you plan on using those equips for a decent amount of time. Pensalir gear is pretty decent until you can get some CRA. Their flames aren't the greatest so i won't min-max on them too much. 30-40 main stat is good enough to me imo.

All 140 Equips will cost the same to enhance past 12, the price is determined by the level of the Equip. If you want to later transfer to 150 Gear (which you will want to do) then you have to use 140 Equips. With that said, you don't want to go much past 12 Stars until a 5/10/15 event anyway (makes the process decently cheaper).
