Security Officer (Former Employee) - Knoxville, TN - August 2, 2020. Just be very careful working for this company. The 2 different site supervisors I works for were firm but understanding. The issues were operation manager and account manager. When employees began to quit they made no effort to help recruit new works and forced the site ...So the fact that management pays attention to the good and the bad is refreshing. The pay is not great but when you compare it to the rest of the security industry, it's above average. I worked with two clients in the Wilmington NC area and at both client locations the pay was well above any other security job.
