In your Data folder, try deleting everything that starts with "cc", (e.g. ccBGSFO4001-PipBoy (Black) - Main) may it be BA2 archives or ESP/ESL plugins, that's the creation club content files.

The glitches and bugs at the very beginning of the game (before entering the post-apocalyptic game world proper) are pretty rare to encounter, so I wouldn't be too bummed out by it.
