Wizard feels really strong for levelling and especially in low reaper endgame on hardcore. Warforged brings a lot of tank to this build and makes you feel very safe with reliable healing. The rune arm hits much harder than expected, and is very high uptime with maximum overdrive. Significantly improved from pre-patch evoker archmage.
