Tek. Watch the same channel on the Stream app. If the picture is good then you have a signal issue and need a tech. If the stream app is having the same issue as the live TV then the problem is on Comcast's side and they will likely correct it on their own. I assume all the equipment in the TV path is Comcast. In some of it is your own equipment then you may have some tests you can perform. Good luck. As FYI -- Comcast does what it can to test before roll outs. Stuff unfortunately happens. There Are crowd-sourced tools that may be able to help you see if others are seeing the same issue.
