I thought enhanced perks are only available on weapons you can shape/reshape. I mean, you can get the enhanced perks on the base models of the guns already. They are not supposed to be craftable but you never know. Crafted weapons get a stat bump at level 20 just like masterworked adepts get.And to make Guardian's life not so sweet, Adept Weapons are only available on Master Raid Difficulty.
