Over at f150forums I found a post for a 2015 F150 claiming it is fuse #5, 7.5 amp but according to my owners manual, there's no 7.5 amp fuses in either fuse box and none of them are labeled for blend door actuator (which I figured was a long shot it would have its own fuse).The one on the side is a mode door actuator. The blend door is on top of the case and requires removing of the heater case to access. If it is the same actuator, remove it again and see if the door moves freely without any restriction.
